Café Baristas

We are looking for café baristas to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages as well as light food options while providing an excellent customer experience. To succeed in this role, you should have strong customer service skills and previous barista experience. Baristas are the face of the café and play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and consistent experience.

About the Job

• Assist customers through the ordering process while delivering exceptional service

• Prepare beverages and light food options according to established recipes and standards

• Check inventory levels of kitchen goods and supplies

• Help drive store revenue by creating a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere

• Ensure brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

• Maintain a clean and organized café environment

• Follow food safety and restaurant safety standards

• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
