How much will it cost my company?

The cost to you will vary based on several factors including account volume, work comp costs, and lead time for our staffing managers. Delta Personnel is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.

What is the cost of payroll services?

Delta Personnel will bill you a flat hourly rate which includes all employer costs, taxes and assumes workers’ compensation and general liability. You determine the fair hourly wage, and we will then tell you what your rate would be. The associated risk (worker’s compensation) of a position is significant in determining your rate.

What if I want to hire my temp worker?

If you would like to hire this worker, please notify Delta Personnel as soon as possible of your decision. Many employers find it easiest to let Delta Personnel be the legal employer for seasonal or short-term employees. Our Temp-to-Hire agreement spells out all the details.

What are the costs involved in Career Placements or Direct Hire arrangements?

Less than most of our competitors, and far less than you would expect considering the quality of the work force we make available to you. Our Career Placement hiring agreement spells out all the details.

What kind of background check do you do on potential employees?

We do an extensive background check on all of our applicants. In addition, we can provide the following services to our customers:

  • Worker’s Comp

When do you drug screen candidates?

Delta Personnel drug screens: as a condition of employment, randomly, for cause, and on all post accidents or injuries.

What is the process for finding employees through Delta Personnel?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Delta Personnel will get the details of the position from you so we will send the most qualified applicants for your needs. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.

You will be asked to complete a credit application and provide wage information as well as a job description for the position. We will provide a rate letter to you and provide information on our services and our policies.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants. You may decide to look at the most qualified applicants and do an interview, or we can fill a position based on the qualifications you provide.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Delta Personnel?

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our temporary to hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees vary based on the contract for each client.
