    Q: What is the cost of payrolling services?
    A: Delta Personnel will bill you a flat hourly rate which includes all employer costs, taxes and assumes workers' compensation and general liability. You determine the fair hourly wage, and we will then tell you what your rate would be. The associated risk (worker's compensation) of a position is significant in determining your rate

    Q: What if I want to hire my temp worker?
    A: If you would like to hire this worker, please notify Delta Personnel as soon as possible of your decision. Many employers find it easiest to let Delta Personnel be the legal employer for seasonal or short-term employees. Our Temp-to-Hire agreement spells out all the details.

    A: We do an extensive background check on all of our applicants. In addition, we can provide the following services to our customers

    MVR Checks

    Q: Do you do drug testing?
    A: Yes, all employees are randomly tested. We also test after every accident or injury and as needed by our customers. Many of our customers require Pre-employment drug screens, we also provide this service as needed.
